Gudanar da Yankewar Sanyi na Karfe: Jagorar Ƙwararru ga Ka'idojin Amfani da Ruwan Zane Mai Zane

(1) Zaɓar Takamaiman Bayanin Ruwan da Ya Dace

Manyan Ka'idoji:
- Gudun Layi (Gudun Sama):Wannan ma'aunin daidaito ne wanda ke danganta RPM da diamita na ruwan wukake. Domin babban ruwan wukake ya ci gaba da irin wannan saurin layi, RPM ɗinsa dole ne ya zama ƙasa. Shi ya sa ruwan wukake mai girman 360mm yana da ƙananan shawarwarin RPM.
- Ciyarwa ga kowane Hakori:Wannan yana auna adadin kayan da kowane haƙori ke cirewa. Ga kayan aiki masu tauri kamar ƙarfe na kayan aiki (SKD11), ƙarancin saurin ciyarwa yana da mahimmanci don hana ƙarshen carbide ya fashe a ƙarƙashin matsin lamba mai yawa. Ga ƙarfe mai laushi mai ƙarancin carbon (Q235), ana iya amfani da ƙimar ciyarwa mafi girma don haɓaka ingancin yankewa.

5. Kulawa da Kulawa: Alama, Marufi, da Ajiya

- Matsayi:Ya kamata a ajiye ruwan wukake a kwance (lebur) ko kuma a rataye su a tsaye a kan rafukan da suka dace. Kada a taɓa tara ruwan wukake a kan juna, domin wannan zai iya haifar da karkacewa da lalacewar haƙori.
- Kariya:A ajiye ruwan wukake nesa da abubuwa masu lalata da kuma hanyoyin zafi kai tsaye.
Kammalawa: Makomar Yanke Sanyi Mai Daidaitacce
