So how should we judge the quality of the diamond blade?
● First, observe whether the weld and the substrate are welded tightly
Weld and matrix before there will be a weld after copper welding, if the bottom of the cutter head arc surface and the base completely fused, there will be no gap, there is a gap indicating that the diamond saw blade on the knife head and the base body is not completely fused, mainly because the bottom of the cutter head arc surface is not uniform when polishing.
● Second, measure the weight of the saw blade
The heavier and thicker the diamond blade, the better, because if the blade is heavy, the greater the inertia force when cutting, and the smoother the cutting. Generally speaking, the 350mm diamond blade should be about 2 kg, and the 400mm diamond saw blade should be about 3 kg.
● Third, look sideways to see if the knife head on the diamond blade is in the same straight line
If the knife head is not on the same straight line, it means that the size of the knife head is irregular, there may be width and narrowness, which will lead to unstable cutting when cutting stone, affecting the quality of the saw blade.
● Fourth, check the hardness of the substrate
The higher the hardness of the matrix, the less likely it is to deform, so whether it is at the time of welding or cutting, whether the hardness of the matrix is up to standard directly affects the quality of the saw blade, high-temperature welding is not deformed, no deformation under force majeure conditions, it is a good substrate, after processing into a saw blade, it is a good saw blade.
